Fabric is licensed based on capacity rather than per user, offering a more scalable approach compared to Power BI.

However, for smaller capacities (F32 and below), Power BI Pro licenses are still required for anyone creating or viewing shared reports.

The smallest Fabric SKU F2: starts from $532 NZD per month.
