Opertaions & Asset Management Dashboard

Te Whatu Ora is New Zealand’s health authority overseeing the country’s healthcare system. It leads the day-to-day running of health systems across the country.

Partnering with the facilities management team, we provided technical resources to develop Power BI dashboards, data engineering, training, and consulting services around reporting via legacy systems.

Solution

Our initial goal while developing the solution was to reduce the manual effort required to generate insights via legacy on-premise systems the team were using. Post achieving the milestone we developed Power BI dashboards to generate management insights on KPI achievement, Operational risks and asset management.

Finally, we provided support, maintenance and handover back to the internal analyst resources to manage the day-to-day running of the dashboard.
